Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy on all full price merchandise, which means you have 4 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return to ensure you can have it shipped back to us withing the 14 day policy. All returns are for a online/store credit. We do not issue refunds. All sale merchandise, jewelry, home goods, paper goods, hats, and gift cards are a FINAL SALE.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you are responsible for shipping with a tracking. We are not responsible for lost packages. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will not accept any damages or issues requests after 4 days from delivery date.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), jewelry, sunglasses, footwear, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, they are a FINAL SALE.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once we have the tracking we will pull the exchange to ship once we have received and approved your return for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be issued a store credit. Store credits can be used online or in store.
